Purified mouse genomic DNA. Greater than 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size.

Mouse Genomic DNA is purified and stored in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1mM EDTA; and greater than 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size as measured by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The DNA is suitable for Southern blot hybridizations, genomic analysis (including PCR), and genomic library construction. Mouse Genomic DNA is isolated from whole blood from disease-free mice.
