    Sanjeev Alfred

    Divisional Manager – Life Sciences & Diagnostics

    Sanjeev leads the Life Sciences and Diagnostics division at In Vitro Technologies across Australia and New Zealand, driving strategy, commercial growth, and capability development. With 18+ years of experience in life sciences, diagnostics, and healthcare, he has held senior leadership roles at Haemokinesis, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Roche Diagnostics. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and an Executive MBA.

    Frances Casamento

    Facility Equipment Manager

    Frances is Facility Equipment Manager at In Vitro Technologies, bringing decades of scientific and technical expertise to the business since 1997. She leads key equipment portfolios, including IC Biomedical and Nuaire, supporting life science facilities across Australia. Frances holds advanced qualifications in pathology and medical science, with published research in prenatal screening and transplantation biology.

    Jessica Leow

    Life Science Business Manager

    Jessica is the Business Manager for our Life Sciences Team, leading the sales team with a focus on customer relationships, growth, and customer success. She brings a strong commercial background, award-winning sales experience, and a passion for exceptional service and technical support.

    Jessica holds a Master of Biotechnology from the Australian National University and has research experience in biochemistry, molecular diagnostics, and developmental biology. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and hiking across Victoria.

    Rehen Paul

    Scientific Marketing Manager

    Rehen leads strategic marketing for our Life Science division, delivering scientifically accurate campaigns and content that connect with researchers, laboratories and life science professionals. Since joining In Vitro Technologies in 2017, he has played a key role in strengthening our brand and market presence through data-driven strategy and close collaboration with product teams.

    Rehen completed postgraduate studies in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at La Trobe University, with research focused on novel inhibitors for necroptotic regulators and brings expertise in molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry.

    Cher-Lynn Soh

    Product Manager - 3D cell culture and Protein analysis

    Cher-Lynn is Product Manager for our 3D Cell Culture and Protein Analysis portfolios, bringing a strong research background and hands-on life science expertise. She completed her PhD at the University of Adelaide, where her research focused on insulin growth factor (IGF) signalling pathways in cancer.

    With industry experience in biomarker analysis, tissue imaging, and single-cell technologies, Cher-Lynn is passionate about helping researchers find the right solutions to support their scientific goals.

    Dr Sara Sadeghipour

    Product Manager – Bioprocess ANZ

    Sara is the Product Manager for our Bioprocess portfolio across ANZ, supporting customers with technical expertise and bioprocess solutions across a range of leading brands and technologies. She is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and helping customers achieve successful outcomes.

    Sara holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, where her research focused on enterovirus 71 (EV71) and therapeutic vaccine development. She also brings research experience from the Heart Research Institute and Monash University, with expertise in virology, cell therapeutics, and stem cell research.

    Katelyn Meier

    Product Manager – VIC/TAS

    Katelyn completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science followed by honours at Deakin University where she focused on the regulation of gene expression in breast cancer cells.

    Katelyn became part of the In Vitro Technologies team in 2017 as a Life Science Support Specialist and provided scientific as well as technical support to the consumables portfolio across Australia. She is now a Territory Manager and supports the needs of researchers across Victoria and Tasmania.

    Jeremy Hill

    Equipment Specialist & Engineer - WA/SA

    Jeremy joined In Vitro Technologies in September 2018 as Service engineer for Infection control and Scientific divisions, then recently taking on the challenge of the Equipment specialist in August 2021, whilst keeping the service aspect of his role for Scientific Division

    Jeremy comes from a strong background of service engineering within the medical and bio- pharma industries traveling globally as a service engineer

    After having worked on all seven continents across the globe, Jeremy settled in Western Australia back in 2008 and has quickly made Perth his home

    Dr. Rocio Jimenez-Martinez

    Territory Manager - QLD

    Rocio completed a Degree in Dental Surgery and a Master’s degree in Dental Science at Autonomous University of Mexico State. She also completed her PhD in Immunology at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute-Griffith University. Her research focused in the screening, identification, testing and synthesis of compounds that enhance human immune function.

    After completing her studies, she undertook a temporary position as a research officer at QIMR. She has recently joined the company as life sciences territory manager QLD.

    Chris Mintoff

    Life Science Territory Manager - VIC

    Chris has completed an MPhil in Medicine (Cancer Research) from the University of Melbourne, where his research focused on investigating the biological heritability of melanoma metastasis patterns using patient-derived xenografting. Following his academic pursuits, he gained further practical experience in breast cancer research before transitioning to lab management. His career in life sciences, research & development and management has been diverse, reflecting a commitment to advancing medical science. Recently, he joined In Vitro as a Life Science Territory Manager, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive innovation and support scientific progress.

    Dr. Vy Pham

    Life Science Support Specialist - Team Leader

    Vy is the Team Leader for our Life Science Support team, providing scientific and technical support to researchers across Australia. Since joining In Vitro Technologies in 2021 as a Life Science Support Specialist, she has supported customers with expert guidance across a broad range of life science applications and technologies.

    Vy holds a PhD from Swinburne University of Technology, where she researched interactions between mammalian cells, infectious microorganisms, and nanostructured materials. She later conducted postdoctoral research in polymer science and vaccine delivery, building expertise in cell culture, imaging, polymer formulations and nanomaterial characterisation.

    Rupal Pichholiya

    Life Science Support Specialist

    Rupal Pichholiya is a recent graduate with Master of Biotechnology from Monash University.Rupal also participated in market analysis and healthcare administration work.

    Working both in the laboratory and on the desk Rupal is confident to take diverse roles. With experience in dealing with customers and clients and resolving their issues. Her role at In Vitro Technologies, is to assist the Life Science Team as a Support Specialist and contribute towards day-to-day tasks.
