PCR Nucleotide Mix is a premixed solution containing the sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a concentration of 10mM or 25mM in water.

High-quality deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) are critical for PCR success. PCR Nucleotide Mix is a cGMP-grade premixed solution containing the sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. There are two formulations available: A premixed solution containing each nucleotide at a concentration of 10mM in water at pH 7.5; the total concentration of nucleotides is 40mM. A premixed solution containing each nucleotide at a concentration of 25mM in water at pH 7.5; the total concentration of nucleotides is 100mM. These PCR nucleotide mixes are ready to use and optimized for use in PCR.
