The Maxwell RSC Cell DNA Purification Kit is used with the Maxwell RSC Instrument to provide an easy method for efficient, automated purification of genomic DNA from cell samples. Genomic DNA can be isolated from cells grown either in suspension or attached to plates. Cells are collected and processed in up to 400microl volumes. The purified DNA is ready for downstream analysis without sample preprocessing, centrifugation, precipitation or rehydration of a DNA pellet.
