Seahorse XF analyzers work with all biological cell types, including primary cells, cell lines, suspension cells, as well as islets, C. elegans and isolated mitochondria.

Seahorse XF analyzers provide multiparametric data output, including Oxygen Consumption Rate (OCR) as an indicator of mitochondrial health and function (oxidative phosphorylation), Proton Eflux Rate (PER) as an indicator of glycolysis, and ATP production rate as a sensitive indicator of cellular activities.
